Green Leaf Threshing

Application:

It is used to redry the stems after threshing. After the processes of drying, cooling and conditioning, the moisture content and temperature of the stem will be suitable for storage in a long period for aging in bales. Meanwhile, the greenish odor and ammonia in stem can be taken away somehow along with the vapor. Then the taste of stem can be mild and rich in aroma and flavor.

Structure:

It consists of conveying system, drying zone, cooling zone, conditioning zone, damp exhausting system, in feeding section, discharging section. The inner surfaces of all chambers and circulating fans in chambers are made of stainless steel. The conveying meshes with kidney shape holes adopts side chain drive structure and are connected by hinged pin.

-   Discharging moisture (adjustable): 10~12% ±1%

-   Discharging temperature: ≤45℃
